If you are a Selena Quintanilla look-a-like or a fan with “Selena gear” and want to be part of a video commemorating the beloved star in time for the 20th anniversary of her death, here is your chance.
The San Antonio marketing company, HeartFire Media, is hosting a casting call for Selena fans of all ages to participate in the video.
Heartfire Media’s Samantha Najera said the video will be a medley of Selena’s top hits lip-synched by fans, other Tejano stars and a few Univision 41 news personalities to not only honor Selena but also promote “city spirit.”
The Selena tribute video will be similar to the Spurs Nation and San Antonio is Happy videos produced by Heartfire, Najera said.
Interested fans are asked to submit their photos or videos to email@example.com, explaining why they love Selena and must be available for the shoot on Saturday, March 28.
